The very talented Bree Athletic Club under 17 Hurdler, Darra Casey has won his fourth national title in one year. He bagged his fourth at the AAI National Track and Field Championships in in Tullamore last weekend. He is now 2019 All Ireland Champion in AAI Indoor and Track and Field, Tailteann Games and Schools. Darra will wear the green when he represents Ireland in the SIAB Games against athletes from England, Wales and Scotland in Swansea next weekend. His fellow Bree AC members and coaches are very proud of Darra’s achievements and they wish him well in Swansea. Darra was Bree Athletic Club’s ‘Athlete of the Year’ in 2018.
