The final Young Event Horse Series qualifier for this year’s Dublin Horse Show took place on Tuesday in Rincoola, County Longford.

Shanroe Italk, ridden by Lisa Murphy, Oulart, qualified in the 4yo section, the bay gelding is by Dallas VDL (BEWB), out of Shanroe Sapphire (ISH), by Condios (HOLST), bred and owned by Anthony Smith, County Down.

Noel Dunne, both owns and rides, Quidams Liquidgold Cruise; the mare by Arkle Cruise (ISH), out of Coco Pop B (ISH), by Quidam Junior I (KWPN), bred by Lorraine Furlong, also booked their Dublin ticket in the 4yo section.

Ken Black (ISH), owned and ridden by Ciaran Moran qualified in the 5yo section, the bay gelding by Killinick Bouncer (ISH), out of the Snurge (TB) mare, Church Lady (TB), was bred by MJ Kavanagh in Kilmuckridge.

Joanne Corish, Bridgetown, qualified with Lates Caralier, the 5yo mare, by Harlequin du Carel, out of a Cavalier Royale mare, won the young rider section.
