Former National Champion, Paddy O’Donnell & Minority Report, won the fifth leg of TopSpec Autumn Grand Prix, at the Wexford Equestrian Centre, on Saturday afternoon, the class was sponsored by Botanica International and DPL Ltd.
Ten combinations made it through to the second round, 17yo, Good Counsel student, Jack Ryan, set a very fast clear in 32.92, but Tramore’s, Paddy O Donnell shaved almost a full second off that time.
The best placed of the local riders was Michaeli Byrne & King Diego; the Camolin rider was clear in the first round but had no joy in the jump off.
