Kilkenny have made five changes to their starting-team for Sunday’s Wexford clash.
Eoin Murphy has been restored to goal for the first time since the February 18th third-round win away to Waterford having been forced out of the last three games with a whip-lash injury. Darren Brennan drops to the bench as a result.
Enda Morrissey returns to left wing-back after Conor Browne was fielded there in the narrow 0-24 to 1-19 quarter-final escape against Offaly.
Midfield sees James Maher switch back to no.9 having been tried at left wing-forward in the Offaly game as the St. Lachtain’s man renews his vibrant partnership with Richie Leahy as Ollie Walsh loses out.
Martin Keoghan is preferred at no.10 to Liam Blanchfield, while John Donnelly comes in at no.12 having operated from right corner-forward in the group-stage win over Wexford (0-22 to 0-19).
Bill Sheehan completes the changes, with his inclusion at no.13 in place of TJ Reid’s brother, Richie.
