National Hunt racing returns to Bettyville Park this evening (Wednesday) and 89 runners are waiting to contest the seven races on ground conditions that are described as “good, good to firm in places.”
For the second successive meeting six of the seven races are sponsored by Boylesports and while top trainers, including Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott have runners, there is also a good scattering of entries from Wexford-based stables.

WILLIE MULLINS. Had his 3,000th winner at the last Wexford meeting. Should win the opening novice hurdle with Exchange Rate today.
The card is as follows;

7 pm: Time To Play BoyleSports App Handicap Hurdle 4-y-o plus of €12,500. Two Miles 100 yards. (14 runners).
7.30 pm: World Cup Betting Beginners Steeplechase 4-y-o plus of €12,500. Two Miles. (13 runners).
8 pm: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Handicap Steeplechase (Rated 0-116) 4-y-o plus of €15,000. Two Miles, Three Furlongs and 200 yards. (12 runners).
8.30 pm; BoyleSports App Handicap Steeplechase (Rated 0-102) 5-y-o plus of €11,500. Three Miles, One Furlong and 70 yards. (14 runners).
9 pm: BoyleSports App INH Flat Race 4/7-y-o of €10,500. Two Miles, 100 yards. (14 runners).
The weather will be brilliant, and a large attendance is expected.
