Wexford trainers consigned 4 of the top ten lots at Cheltenham’s Tattersalls Sale on Friday evening.
Matthew Flynn O’Connor secured the top lot of the evening, Deeply Superficial, a 4yo Flemensfirth realised £385,000, last Sunday’s Lingstown impressive winner was purchased by Gordon Elliott. She was purchased as a 3yo at the Derby Sale for €31,000.
His other winner at Tomhaggard last Sunday, Stay Away Fay, was knocked down to Paul Nicholls for £305,000, he was a £39,000 purchase at Doncaster last year.
