In a meeting of the Public Accounts Committee today, Wexford TD Verona Murphy took the opportunity to question Horse Racing Ireland CEO Brian Kavanagh on the current situation with regard to Point-to-Point racing.

Industry sources had hoped of a return to racing in early March, but this looks increasingly unlikely based on the lack of solutions provided in Mr Kavanagh’s answers. See the full exchange below:
