Brian Hassett and the team at Hassetts on Wexford’s Main Street are among the best performers of 180 brands for treating customers in 2020 and throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the survey.
McCauley, Marks & Spencer, FBD, Lidl, and clothes retailer Dunnes, accounted for the rest of the top 10.
Brian has been a long-standing pharmacist in Wexford town and his patient care is second to none. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Brian’s genuine care for his patients and his local community shone through – he would deliver prescriptions to his vulnerable patients directly to their door despite a delivery driver from the group being made available.
Brian wanted to use this opportunity to be a familiar face to reassure his patients and ensure all their needs were met. This was an exceptional effort with Brian doing upwards of 80 deliveries a month and house calls all after working hours. This was a phenomenal effort from Brian despite the challenging time and increased volume of daily work it was an exceptional example of the great customer service Allcare Pharmacy group prides itself on.
