Join Peter Mernagh and Paul Laffan as they discuss the opening round of this year’s Intermediate Hurling Championship.
This grade was described by Oylegate joint-manager, Stephen Doyle, as a “Bear Pit”, and it is seen by many as the most competitive of the championships. Oylegate-Glenbrien will be seen by many as this year’s favourites, but last year’s beaten finalists, HWH Bunclody, will be looking to go on better. Buffers Alley will be keen to regain their senior status, as will Crossabeg-Ballymurn.
