24-year-old, Denis Constantin, Shinguan, Mile House Road, Enniscorthy, has been jailed for three months for breaching the restrictions on movement, introduced to stop the spread of the COVID 19.
 
He pleaded guilty to two additional motor offences- driving without a licence or insurance while disqualified.
 
He was stopped twice by gardaí over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, more than 2 kms from his home without a valid reason.
 
He also disqualified from driving for 28 years.
