Option C has been chosen as the route for the proposed motorway extension from Oylegate to Rosslare.

Initially travelling east of Oylegate, the route with then follow the line of the existing road to Kyle Cross before crossing the Slaney west of Ferrycarraig. It will then rejoin and follow the existing route of the Wexford bypass from the Barntown roundabout to the Rosslare roundabout, before linking up with Rosslare harbour on the east and north sides of the existing road.
