On Monday, in the Seanad, Senator Malcolm Byrne questioned Minister of State for Local Government and Planning, Peter Burke, on the timeline for the completion of the M11 from Oylegate to Rosslare.

Malcolm Byrne told WexfordToday,

“I’ll be continuing to pursue this issue.

Completion of the motorway is vital for national economic development but also for the safety of villages such as Oylegate and Rosslare.

I have also been pushing it as part of the review of the National Development Plan.”
