Glynn Barntown dominated the majority of this Pettitt’s Super Valu Senior Hurling Championship game but had a tightly contested second half after a goal from Rathnure brought them back into the fold and produced a great game to watch.

The standard of hurling over the weekend has been on a very high level and although our panel of 6 experts tipped Rathnure to win, It will be the Glynn Barntown men who meet St. Martin’s in next week’s quarter-final.
