The Ashdown Park Hotel and the Amber Springs Hotel in Gorey should be bustling this time of the year, instead, they face their eighth week of closure.
We caught up with the General Manager of the Ashdown Park, Paul Finegan, the hotels may be closed to the public, but they have injected positivity into the community with their gesture of goodwill for vulnerable people in the North Wexford area, they provide 130 meals on a daily basis for people in need.
