A man in his 30’s has been arrested after a number of criminal damage incidents in Gorey, with an approximate total value of €70,000.

Two cars and a van were damaged in an arson attack early this morning, at two separate locations.

A container was also damaged by fire during the incident along with some damage to a Garda car.

The man was taken and questioned at Enniscorthy Garda Station.
