Images have emerged of Gridlock on the M11/N11 of traffic heading southbound. The news comes as measures have been put in place by the government to legally enforce the Covid-19 travel restrictions. Eyewitnesses confirmed that Gardaí could be seen instructing people to turn back in the direction from which they came.
