James Browne, sees today’s Brittany Ferries sailing as a major positive for Rosslare Europort.
“The port has huge potential. It’s the gateway to the UK and continental Europe and the only port outside Dublin with a border inspection post. Hopefully, today’s sailing will bring further inward investment to Rosslare Europort. It’s vital that the newly installed Dáil prioritises the development of Rosslare Europort. Last year, I visited the UK Houses of Parliament seeking the removal of UK ownership interests in the port. I will continue to fight for the port’s development.”
