Gorey Rangers advance to last 16 FAI Junior Cup

Gorey Rangers advance to the last 16 of the FAI Junior Cup following Sunday’s 4-0 victory over Cashel Town; a Dylan Vickers hatrick and another from Paul Brennan.

A fantastic Dylan Vickers strike put the home side in front after 5 minutes, he doubled the lead shortly after with a headed goal.

Just before half time, Paul Brennan put Gorey 3-0.

Adam Territ was always a thorn in the Cashel defence, he was pulled down in the box, and Vickers stepped up to convert the resulting penalty.
