Enniscorthy Rugby Club are delighted to announce that Paul Kilgannon, author the ‘CARVER Coaching Framework – Coaching Children in Sport’ will be hosting a talk for coaches.

The talk titled ‘Building a Coaching World – Creating a Learning Environment for Player, Coach and Club’ will take place in the clubhouse on Wednesday, January 8th at 7.30 pm. We would like to invite any local clubs and sporting organisations interested in improving coaching to the talk.

Paul has given talks to various sporting organisations from grassroots to executive level. Paul is a teacher, sports coach and coach educator. He has spent a lot of time researching and developing a framework that looks at the bigger picture of coaching.

Clubs who have attended talks from Paul said they have gained so much valuable knowledge to help take their club forward and develop a clear coaching focus.
