Three goals from Ballygarret Realt na Mara secured a three-point victory, over Naomh Brid (Carlow), in the AIB Leinster Junior Hurling Championship in Fenagh this afternoon.
The Wexford side trailed by 3 points at half-time, but an early second-half goal saw them back in front, and another goal 3 minutes from full-time increased their lead to 4 points. Ballygarrett now play Cullion Hurling Club (Westmeath) in the Leinster semi-final in two weeks, they beat Clann na nGael (Meath), 4-09 to 1-10 this afternoon.
Wexford Intermediate champions, Cloughbawn, bowed out of the AIB Leinster club championship, this afternoon, they lost out to Naas. Leading 0-07 to 0-04 at the break, Naas drew level, 7 points each 10 minutes into the second half. Cloughbawn only managed to raise one white flag in this half as Naas ran out 5 point winners.
