North End United ran out comfortable winners over Longford Town in Tuesday night’s Leinster Senior Cup in Ferrycarrig Park. The Wexford town side advance to face Bohemians in Dalymount Park in the quarter-finals of the competition.
The home side scored their opening goal in the 28th minute, a penalty doubled the lead, and two more goals before half time ended this as a contest. We saw two goals in the second half, one each, a converted penalty from the visitors gave us our final scoreline.
