67 candidates will contest local elections in the newly arranged six district- arrangement across Co. Wexford in search of one of the 34 seats on the new Wexford County Council as the electorate goes to the polls on Friday from 7 am to 10 pm.
Voters will be given three sets of ballot papers (Referendum, European Election and Local Election). Be sure to bring some sort of ID, such as a passport, driving licence, Public Services Card etc.
115,295 people are registered to vote. Everybody should use their vote.
