Owens selected again for top flight hurling

Wexford’s, James Owens, has been selected, by the GAA’s Referee Development Committee, on the panel of the 14 hurling referees for this year’s championship.

Justin Heffernan and Gearoid McGrath (Wexford) have also been selected for the panel of referees to officiate at the Ring, Rackard and Meagher competitions.
