The close knit community of Clonroche is in mourning and families are united in grief following the tragic death of a 14-month old boy at his home.
Shea Padraig Joyce was found unresponsive at the foot of a staircase in the family home at Castleboro, a few miles from Clonroche village.
The grim discovery was made around lunchtime yesterday and is being treated as “a freak accident.”
Baby Joyce is son of Padraig Joyce and Brenda Quirke and the youngest of their family of four.
