WexGAAScores are currently running a poll on their Twitter Page as to when the club championship should be played, there are three simple choices.

1. No Championship till after the Summer Break.
2. Similar championship where in the Group stages teams play without their County players , all teams make it through to knockout at different stages. Top two straight into 1/4 Finals , next 4 playoff with backdoors etc. County players play from this knockout stage onwards.
3. No change .

To date 144 people have voted and results are as follows,
Choice 1- 50%
Choice 2- 31%
Choice 3- 19%

WexGAAScores told WexfordToday.com,

“ I conducted this poll to give all players/ selectors/ supporters a outlet to show how they feel the championship should be run.
Hopefully this will then be of assistance to the relevant committees at County Board level as they try address this issue that is the number 1 problem affecting both club and county players. Going by early results the main thing that is showing up is that a change is needed.”
