Final tributes have been paid to the memory of Joseph (Joe) Dunbar, Fortlawn Drive, Clonsilla, Dublin, a native of Garden City, Gorey, who was laid to rest in St. Michael’s Cemetery today.
President Michael D. Higgins was represented at Requiem Mass in St. Michael’s Church, Gorey, by his Aide-de-Camp Captain Owen Rochford. Joe’s wife Mary is a member of staff at Aras an Uachtaráin.
Beloved husband of Mary and father of Niall and Natasha. Deeply regretted by his wife, son, daughter, step-daughter, sisters, brothers, uncle, grandchildren, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. R.I.P.
