The national showjumping circuit moves to the Wexford Equestrian Centre this weekend, Orla and Pat Peare’s, Tomhaggard venue, hosts the fifth leg of the TopSpec Autumn Grand Prix on Saturday afternoon.
The leg is jointly sponsored by companies with local Wexford connections; Sean Cooney of Botanica International and John Peare, representing DPL Ltd.

Thirty two combinations will take on the John Doyle and Pat Peare designed track at 3pm. Defending champion, John Floody, has three horses in the class, local interest will centre on New Ross young rider, Abby Boland and Camblin Tenesse, they be first to take on the track, Patrick Hickey, rides, Martini Van Overis Z and Quandurina, Michaeli Byrne rides, Aerosmith and King Diego, and Patrick Byrne & BGS Courage.
The Meadows Cafe and the Doagh Equestrian Shop, are both on site, open all day, spectators are very welcome and admission is free of charge.
