Wexford horses were very much to the fore at the Dublin Horse Show Loose Performance qualifier on Thursday evening at Ross House Equestrian Centre, Mount Nugent, County Cavan as two of the four qualifying slots went to local producers.
Jason Higgins continued his rich vein of form as his River Field Cornet Chin, a grey filly by Cornet Oblensky (BWP) out of Aldatus Chin (ISH) by Aldatus Z (OLD), bred by James Farrell, Kells, Co. Meath, won the fillies section.
Gelding by Cornet Oblensky (BWP) out of Fendoy (ISH) jumped in Warrington on Monday night.
Ado Moran, Cleariestown, took the runner-up spot in the Colts/ Geldings section with his 3yo bay gelding by Cornet Oblensky (BWP) out of Fendoy (ISH) by Laughtons Flight (ISH), bred by Martin Doyle, Fenagh, County Carlow.
The final qualifier takes place this evening in Kernan’s Equestrian Centre, Crossmaglen.
