Thousands of euro worth of damage has been caused at a storage yard at Parklands Caravan Park, Ardamine, about two miles south of Courtown heading for Ballygarrett, after five new caravans awaiting sale were completely destroyed by fire.

The outbreak was first noticed around 9 pm tonight (Monday) and video footage was captured exclusively by The Sharp Edge.
It is unknown what caused the blaze which quickly spread. There are no reports of injuries although there were a number of people in the area at the time and witnessed the inferno.
Gardai from Gorey and Gorey Fire Service are in attendance at the scene which has been made safe.
